HOW TO CLEAN AND STORES YOUR CONTACT LENS 

如何清洗及储存隐形眼镜的正确方法

to ensure the proper disinfection of your lenses , you must follow the instructions completely .
为了确保镜片达至理想的消毒效果 , 请依照以下方法清洗或储存您的隐形眼镜

* always wash your hands and dry them with a clean towel before handing your lenses
   每次开始清洗隐形眼镜之前 , 请先洗净及抹干双手.

* start with the same eye to avoid confusion
   由一只眼睛先开始清洗以免混淆

* remove lens and place in the palm of your hand
   除下镜片并放置在掌心

* apply at least 4 drops of multi-propose or disinfecting solution to each lens surface
   加入最少4滴多功能护理或消毒药水於镜片两面

* gently rub the lens using a circular motion for at least 10 seconds
   以打圈方式轻轻推擦镜片至少10秒

* rinse the lens thoroughly with multi-propose or disinfecting solution while rubbing the lens gently     between the thumb and forefinger for at least 10 seconds
   以拇指及食指轻轻推擦镜片至少10秒 , 时以多功能护理或消毒药水彻底冲洗

* place the lens in the lens case and fill one side to the line with multi-propose or disinfecting solution
   将镜片放入镜盒并注入多功能护理或消毒药水到指定标记

* replace cap and screw closed
   扭紧瓶盖
 
repeat the procedure with your other lens
对另一镜片重复以上动作

* allow your lenses to soak for at least 5 minutes
   让镜片浸泡最少五分钟

* your lenses are now clean and disinfected and may be inserted directly into your eyes
   镜片此时已彻底消毒及洁净 , 可随时佩戴

* for ultimate comfort , rinse the lenses with multi-propose or disinfecting solution prior to inserting into your eyes
   可於佩戴前以多功能护理或消毒药水再冲洗一次 , 以达至最舒适的效果

* discard solution from lens case , rinse it with multi-propose or disinfecting solution and close until next use
    每次从盒内取出镜片后 , 必须将盒内剩余药水弃掉 , 再以多功能护理或消毒药水冲洗 , 紧闭隐眼盒待下次使用

* if lenses have been stored in multi-propose or disinfecting solution for more than 30 days before wearing , you must discard the solution from the case and repeat the manual cleaning process and disinfect the lenses in multi-propose or disinfecting solution for at least 5 minutes before wearing
   如果镜片浸存于多功能护理或消毒药水中超过30天 , 请将盒内剩余药水弃掉,在佩戴前重复以上清洁步骤并置于药水消毒最少5分钟
